LG Chem RESU 48 Volt

Building on the success of the existing first generation LG Chem RESU 6.4 the all new LG Chem RESU Low Voltage batteries are specifically designed for residential battery storage systems and are available in a range of sizes to suit your specific energy requirements.

Using the RESU Plus connector system, 2 of the new RESU units can be combined to form a larger battery storage unit. For example you can start with the LG Chem RESU 3.3 and then add a RESU 10 to give a total of 13.3 kWhs of storage or, for larger properties, start with the RESU 10 and then add another RESU 10 unit to give a total storage capacity of 20 kWhs.

The available sizes are:

1. LG Chem RESU 3.3 – 3.3kWhs of total energy, 2.9kWhs usable
2. LG Chem RESU 6.5 – 6.5kWhs of total energy, 5.9kWhs usable
3. LG Chem RESU 10.0 – 10kWhs of total energy, 8.8kWhs usable

All of the new LG Chem RESU range offer an impressive lifespan of 6,000 cycles (up to 16.4 years) and have a 10 year warranty.

The LG Chem RESU 48Volt low voltage units are currently compatible with the following solar hybrid inverter / chargers:

• Sungrow SH5K+ – integrated solar inverter and battery charger with emergency power facility
• SolaX X-Hybrid – integrated solar inverter and battery charger with emergency power facility
• SMA Sunny Island – add-on unit for existing solar power systems that already have an SMA inverter.
• Selectronic SP Pro – can be used in both on-grid and off-grid systems
