LG Chem RESU High Voltage

Capitalising on the success of the original LG Chem RESU 6.4 battery LG developed the all new LG Chem RESU range of High and low Voltage batteries.

The high voltage batteries have been designed to work with higher voltage hybrid systems such as the SolarEdge StorEdge and are available in 2 sizes to meet the needs of most homes. Currently the LG Chem HV Batteries cannot be combined together however we are advised that a combiner unit is currently under development.

The advantage of the high voltage range is that the battery can be installed further away from the inverter without significant voltage drop whereas the low voltage range must be installed within 1.5 meters of the inverter.

Available sizes are:

1. LG Chem RESU 7H – 7kWh’s of total energy, 6.6kWh’s usable. 3.5kW maximum continuous power output.
2. LG Chem RESU 10H – 9.8kWh’s of total energy, 9.3kWh’s usable. 5kW maximum continuous power output.

All of the new LG Chem RESU range offer an impressive lifespan of 6,000 cycles (up to 16.4 years) and have a 10 year warranty. They can be indoor or outdoor mounted
